What If An Accident IS Not Your Fault?
- In most cases the other party’s insurance company is required to return your INFINITI to pre-accident condition*. You generally don’t have to accept anything less than new INFINITI Replacement Parts.
- You don’t have to accept their initial repair valuation, either. As long as the costs are reasonable, you should have control over the repair of your vehicle, including the parts used.
- Trust the original—specify you want your vehicle repaired with new INFINITI Replacement Parts.
*Laws vary by state, and coverage is subject to policy terms and limits.

CHOOSING A COLLISION REPAIR CENTER
- Your local INFINITI Retailer is the place to start. Ask them for the local INFINITI Certified Collision Center or use the locator above to find a Certified Collision Center near you.
- Your insurance company may recommend a collision center but cannot require that you use them. Owners have the right to have their vehicle repaired at a collision center they choose!
- In most cases, the cost for your repair is only going to be your deductible amount (if there is one). So cost should not be your main concern. Consider a collision center that has your interest in mind.
